Bramble is our most popular gin for good reason. We macerate our signature gin for 6 weeks on blackberries and lemon peel. Then add sugar to get the perfect balance. Bramble is 35% and mixes with a citrus tonic or a dry lemon soda like Lemonato. A very versatile cocktail gin, makes a delicious sour and a twist on a Mojito.
