Based in Adelaide, Three Little Birds Distillery produces small batch, handmade gin. We love our gin to be enjoyed by everyone and we are inspired by the beautiful country we call home.
The Signature Gin is a symphony of locally procured botanicals resulting in a gin that dances delicately on the palate with an enchanting floral bouquet and silken finish.

Fill short glass with ice
Muddle half a lime and 4 strawberries
2 shots of signature gin
1 shot of Lemon myrtle sugar syrup
Shake and pour into glass
Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme and a wheel of dehydrated lemon

Into a cocktail shaker
2 shots Navy Strength gin
1 shot lime cordial
1 shot fresh lime
Fill shaker with ice
Shake well then strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
The Bramble is an entanglement of Signature Gin, blackberries and lemon zest. The month of maceration produces a sweet and sumptuous drop akin to a summer fling.

Into a cocktail shaker
1 egg white
2 shots Bramble
15ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Fill shaker with ice
Add lid and shake
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel
