3LBK is the kitchen at Three Little Birds Distillery — the checkerboard sitting alongside the three birds, because a good gin deserves good food beside it. The wood oven runs from midday Thursday to Sunday, turning out blistered, honest pizza in the middle of the Clare Valley, with share plates, salads and a proper fish and chip basket to fill the table. Order a guided gin flight, then let the kitchen keep it company. Food is not an afterthought here; it is half the reason people stay all afternoon. What we can accommodate.
Gluten-free bases are available on every pizza for an extra $3, and the menu carries a solid run of vegetarian dishes — Margherita, Mushroom and Giardino pizzas, mushroom arancini, sweet corn ribs, smashed potatoes, caprese and rocket salads. Vegan and other adjustments can often be handled with a little notice. Our kitchen is small and shared, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment; tell us about allergies when you order and the team will take every care they can.

- Walk-ins are welcome. For groups of eight or more, or on Friday Fish & Chips and Sevenhill Social Club nights, booking ahead is best so the kitchen is ready for you.
