Returns and Refunds Policy

Every Three Little Birds gin is made by hand in small batches, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to products bought from our website and our cellar door. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives broken, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at drinkgin@threelittlebirdsdistillery.com.au.
- Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- Keep the product and packaging until we have resolved your claim.
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including the original shipping cost. We will arrange and pay for any return postage needed.
Change of mind
Because our products are alcohol and food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including where you have chosen the wrong product. For safety and quality reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Deliveries
- Alcohol can only be delivered to people aged 18 or over. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery and may be asked for ID.
- If no one is available, or the recipient is under 18 or appears intoxicated, the courier will not leave the parcel. Redelivery costs may apply.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it at your cost or refund the order less shipping.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded, except as required by law. They are valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase, as required by Australian law.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Cellar door purchases need a receipt or other proof of purchase.
