60ml Three Little Birds Bramble gin
30ml Lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
20mL egg white or 2 drops instafoam (vegan option)
Add all ingredients into shaker, add ice, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with dehydrated blood orange, & lemon twist.
BREAKFAST MARTINI
30ml Three Little Birds Signature gin
30ml grand marnier
15ml lemon juice
Barspoon marmalade
Pour all ingredients into shaker, add ice, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with dehydrated orange, & lemon twist.
RED BIRD
60ml Three Little Birds Signature gin
100ml tomato juice
15ml sugar syrup
30ml lemon juice
4 shakes Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes tabasco
Celery salt
Pour all ingredients into shaker, add ice, stir, pour into hi-ball glass, garnish with celery, gin pickle, lemon
NEGRONI
30ml Three Little Birds Signature gin
30ml Campari
30ml Antica formula
Build in rocks glass, stir, garnish with orange twist
THREE LITTLE BIRDS GIN FIZZ
Into a shaker, add:
30mL Three Little Birds Navy Strength
30ml blood orange liqueur
15ml lime juice
1 egg white or 2 drops instafoam (vegan option)
Topped with bitter lemon
Pour all ingredients into shaker except bitter lemon, add ice, shake, strain into hi-ball glass, top with bitter lemon, garnish with lemon twist.
GINSPRESSO
60ml Three Little Birds Blackbird
30ml espresso
15ml sugar syrup
Pour all ingredients into shaker, add ice, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans
