Shipment and Delivery

Online purchases will be dispatched from Three Little Birds Distillery within 5 working days of the order and payment being processed. 

The number of days it takes for the purchase to arrive is dependent on the location of the recipient’s address the limitations of the carrier.

Delivery dates or times indicated are approximate only and are not a guarantee of delivery by that date, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. If you require delivery by a certain date, please liaise with us directly to coordinate this and any agreement will be confirmed in writing. 

As a small batch distillery, Three Little Birds Distillery reserves the right to offer a smaller allocation to its customers than may have been ordered or requested, based on over-subscription of offers.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. 

In the instance the purchaser has provided inaccurate details, Three Little Birds Distillery is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery. Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient may incur an additional charge. 

Three Little Birds Distillery offers the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at point of delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but it must be clear that the customer takes on this option at their own risk. 

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a telephone number/contact person for the delivery address.

Alcohol goods cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Three Little Birds Distillery may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

Please notify Three Little Birds Distillery of any damage caused to goods during shipping within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to organise a replacement. We may request a photo of the damage so that we can prevent future issues and to pursue this with the carrier.

Three Little Birds has no obligation to arrange for insurance of goods against the risks of carriage.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to love our gin and our products! If you are not happy with what you have received, please let us know as soon as you can. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Gift cards and food products are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and give you an update within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.

If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund in the time expected, please first check your bank account and contact your bank and/or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will replace any item that is defective or damaged. Send us an email at drinkgin@threelittlebirds.com.au and we will help you with the next steps.

Shipping returns

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (for example change of mind). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
