Barrel Aged Negroni
We have bottled one of our most popular cocktails at the tasting room.
Our Signature gin with Rosso Antico Vermouth and Campari was placed in a white American oak barrel for 4 weeks. The result is a full-bodied, soft and well-rounded Negroni.
Add 90ml to a ice filled glass, stir and garnish with orange peel.
All our gins are hand-crafted ferment to bottle.

We acknowledge the land that we live and work on is the traditional lands for the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country.
